In digital marketing, growth doesn’t come only from paid campaigns or social media presence. It is built on a combination of strategy, consistency, and attention to every detail of the user experience. During my first year as a Marketing Specialist at RELA-TECH, I experienced this firsthand — moving from Google Ads and Analytics, to building the company website, and collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
What has made this journey truly exceptional is RELA-TECH’s hybrid work environment, where flexibility and mutual understanding are valued. The team is highly professional, hardworking, and collaborative, and I have been fortunate to work with an outstanding QA group that demonstrates both expertise and dedication every day.
Optimizing Campaigns with Google Ads and Analytics
One of my main responsibilities was managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, focusing not just on acquiring contacts but ensuring they were qualified and aligned with our services. To improve campaign effectiveness, I earned Google Search and Display certifications, which gave me deeper insights into how ads can reach the right audience at the right time. Using Google Analytics, tracking performance became an integral part of my work, helping me analyze traffic and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Increasing Visibility on Social Media
In a competitive digital landscape, consistency in communication is key. Through regular posting on LinkedIn and Instagram, we significantly increased visibility and engagement.
This success came from:
Consistent and targeted posts
Continuous experimentation with new formats
Analyzing feedback to adapt content to our audience
The result? Steady growth in RELA-TECH’s digital brand presence.
Building the RELA-TECH Website
Another pivotal moment was contributing to the creation of the RELA-TECH website. A website is more than a showcase; it’s a critical touchpoint with clients. My work focused on structure, navigation, and SEO optimization, ensuring visitors experienced a clear, intuitive, and trustworthy platform. Marketing & QA Collaboration
One of the most valuable experiences was getting involved in QA processes. From testing flows and reporting bugs to reviewing Figma designs, this experience taught me that small details make a big difference.
Marketing cannot succeed without QA:
Broken funnels destroy even the best campaigns
Colors, fonts, and buttons directly influence user trust
Pre-launch testing ensures traffic converts into real customers
I shared more about this experience on LinkedIn: Marketing Meets QA – The Love-Hate Story You Didn’t Know You Needed.

Key Takeaways
This year has taught me that successful marketing is a mix of strategy, analytics, and quality. From Google Ads to QA testing, from social media management to website development, every step requires attention to detail and consistent effort.
At RELA-TECH, I’ve seen how combining these approaches drives sustainable growth and builds customer trust.
We believe that marketing and quality go hand in hand.
